You may register as a returning patient even if new to ZocDoc.


We provide individualized care. We reserve a treatment room and staff for you. Due to type of attention we provide, we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. For appointments not rescheduled or cancelled outside the 24 hour window, a $50 fee for medical appointments or a $200 fee for cosmetic appointments will be applied to your account.

  • Appointments with Dr. Eidelman. Note: ZocDoc appointments are with Dominic Moccia and Dr. Ginsberg.
  • Cosmetic procedures
  • Surgery, any type

We are NOT in network with plans associated with the Affordable Care Act / Healthcare Exchange Program.

New Medical Patients without insurance; patients who choose to go Out of Network; or those having a Cosmetic Consultation, the office visit fee for an initial visit is $300. The cosmetic consultation fee covers your office visit and a portion may be applied to the cost of the first cosmetic treatment if appropriate/chosen. Fee cannot be waived/refunded if no treatment is appropriate/chosen as cost covers consultation. Cancellation policy applies.

NEW PATIENTS please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment with a photo ID, insurance card and, if required by your insurance, a valid referral in order to complete the registration process.

FILLER and LASER HAIR REMOVAL PATIENTS should arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time for prepping and numbing or as directed by your practitioner.

EXISTING PATIENTS please let us know of any changes in insurance, address or contact changes.

Some insurance plans require a referral. Please provide a referral prior to your appointment or you may not be seen. It is the responsibility of the patient to secure a referral. Any fees owed to the Practice due to lack of a valid referral are the responsibility of the patient.

  • We accept cash, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Co-payments/Balances are collected upon arrival.
  • We confirm appointments via secure email and text. Please reply to the email or text YES to CONFIRM your appointment. This system is a no-reply system for your privacy. Call 212-675-0549 during regular business hours to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: In respect of our Practitioners and to patients on our waiting list, we require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. To cancel or change an appointment, speak directly to a receptionist. Leaving a phone message, sending an email or text will not be considered a cancellation. Please cancel Monday appointments by noon the previous Friday. In the event you are unable to give sufficient notice or miss a scheduled appointment a cancellation fee will automatically be billed to your account by the billing service. If you arrive late for an appointment you may be seen schedule permitting. Rescheduling may be necessary in respect of other patients.

In the event that you are unable to give 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be billed to your account. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.



Street parking is often available and a public parking garage can be found on 19th Street across from our office.
